1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User," "Player," "You," or "Your") and 855ph (hereinafter referred to as "855ph," "We," "Us," or "Our"), operator of the website https://855ph.cam (hereinafter referred to as "Website," "Platform," or "Service"). Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 855ph. Creation of multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose these credentials to any third party and to notify 855ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, and you agree to indemnify 855ph against any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

3.1 Deposits

855ph accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers to Philippine financial institutions including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Unionbank, and other payment processors as specified on the Website. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may vary depending on the payment method selected. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 855ph account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. You further warrant that you are the rightful owner of all payment instruments used to deposit funds. 855ph reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds and payment instrument ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) business days may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to verification of your identity and compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. First-time withdrawals require submission of valid government-issued identification (such as Philippine Passport, Driver's License, or UMID card) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). Subsequent withdrawals may be processed without additional documentation unless circumstances warrant further verification.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are specified in the cashier section. Standard processing time for withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya is five (5) minutes during business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday through Friday excluding national holidays). Bank transfers may require one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing procedures.

Withdrawals must be made to payment instruments registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. 855ph reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests that do not comply with this requirement or that raise suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

3.3 Fees and Charges

855ph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (such as GCash, PayMaya, or your bank) may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party payment processors. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method operates in a currency other than PHP.

4. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

4.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on 855ph are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You acknowledge that all games offered on the Platform utilize Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures that ensure random and fair outcomes. 855ph does not guarantee winnings and you accept that gaming involves risk of financial loss.

Discovery of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds including deposits and winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities. 855ph reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to PAGCOR and appropriate Philippine government agencies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

855ph offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions (hereinafter "Bonus Terms") that are provided at the time of bonus offer and incorporated by reference into these Terms. Bonus Terms include wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, expiration periods, and withdrawal conditions that must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds or deposit plus bonus funds must be wagered before becoming eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with 35x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱35,000 in total wagers before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements—slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10% to 50% depending on the specific game.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordination with other players to manipulate bonus terms, irregular betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other conduct that 855ph reasonably determines to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of bonus promotions.

5.3 Bonus Forfeiture

Requesting a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements results in forfeiture of all pending bonuses and any winnings derived from those bonuses. Only funds that were deposited without bonuses or funds that have completed wagering requirements remain available for withdrawal.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the 855ph Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of 855ph or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, interruptions, or malfunctions of the Platform
• Errors or inaccuracies in content or game results

In no event shall 855ph's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

Our support team will investigate your complaint and respond within five (5) business days. Most disputes can be resolved through this internal complaint process.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our compliance department. Formal complaints must include your account details, description of the dispute, supporting documentation, and desired resolution. The compliance department will conduct a thorough review and provide a final decision within fifteen (15) business days.

855ph's decisions on disputes are final and binding unless you exercise your right to seek recourse through PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms or Philippine courts as described below.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all matters arising from or related to your use of 855ph services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not resolved through internal complaint procedures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue proper in the Metropolitan Manila area.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 855ph is subject to regulatory oversight by PAGCOR. Unresolved disputes may be referred to PAGCOR for review and determination in accordance with applicable gaming regulations. PAGCOR decisions on regulatory matters are binding on both parties subject to applicable appeal procedures.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your 855ph account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after deduction of any outstanding charges, fees, or adjustments. Pending bets must be settled before closure can be completed. Bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.2 Involuntary Termination

855ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, provide false information, engage in prohibited activities, or otherwise act in a manner that 855ph reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination for breach, all pending bets will be voided, bonuses will be forfeited, and 855ph reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If investigation confirms breach, funds may be retained as liquidated damages for the breach and associated costs of investigation.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. 855ph reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee of ₱200 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, on inactive accounts. Inactivity fees will be deducted monthly until the balance reaches zero or you reactivate your account by logging in.

11. Amendments to Terms

855ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via email notification to the registered email address and/or prominent notice on the Website. The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendments.

Your continued use of the Website following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedures described herein.
